Streamline is a small, independently operated organization and a legal entity separate from Arrow Transportation Systems Inc. Streamline is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join us and become part of the Streamline family in Kamloops, BC! The Sales Coordinator supports the business by coordinate sales, managing administrative tasks, updating the CRM system, assist with marketing, and ensuring efficient communication between departments and customers. This role helps optimize sales and business operations and contributes to the overall customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 and progressive experience 4-6 years or post secondary certificate or degree/diploma program and 1-3 years of experience required
  • Experience using CRM program
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting sales operations is a valuable asset
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing is preferred
  • Familiarity with technology products/services (SaaS, fleet/transport tech, logistics tech, IT services, etc.) is an asset
  • Proficiency in Office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and Google Workspace is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound and unsolicited prospect calls and leads
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and on time
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, customer databases, and sales records
  • Coordinate with sales representatives, finance, and customer support teams
  • Assist with contract preparation and documentation management
  • Organize meetings, presentations, and sales materials
  • Provide coverage of support and administration duties as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology
