Dauch's Sales Coordinator consolidates, analyzes, and forwards daily action summaries by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports including price tracking, quotation process follow-through, re-billable tooling, consolidating, analyzing, and reporting as needed. This role keeps sales management informed by submitting activity and results reports, and resolves customer issues by investigating, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. The Sales Coordinator contributes to sales and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests and helping others accomplish job results. This role also involves gathering and presenting information for ISO audits of the sales function, directly interfacing with external auditors, and reviewing contracts for price and quote accuracy. The coordinator will maintain customer contractual capacity levels and gather re-billable tooling evidence to support customer invoicing.
