Sales Coordinator

Daeco HR Consulting
Remote

About The Position

Unstoppable Conversations is an Edmonton-based leadership and organizational transformation firm that produces results most consultants only talk about. We work with corporate boards, multinational CEOs, and executive leadership teams, as well as government Ministers, national ambassadors, and nonprofit and community leaders, to expose the invisible patterns that quietly limit performance, and to replace them with real, measurable breakthroughs. We believe the best thinking comes from rooms that don't all sound the same, and we value people who bring a genuinely different background, culture, or way of seeing the world, including a real commitment to equity, racial justice, and Indigenous rights. We do not do generic leadership training. We do the work that gets a leadership team from stuck to unstoppable, and we do it fast. We are a small, tight-knit team, which means the person in this role will work directly with our co-founders, not buried three layers down in a sales department. What you do here matters immediately and visibly. We are looking for a full-time, remote Sales Coordinator to become the engine behind our sales process. This role blends detailed, high-volume administrative work with real business development responsibility. You will be the person who keeps our inboxes, calendars, and CRM airtight, and who keeps deals alive, the pipeline honest, and our clients feeling like the most important people in the world, because to us, they are. You will manage our day-to-day communications, build proposals, chase down leads, run our CRM, manage our LinkedIn presence, and become the connective tissue between prospecting and delivery. Do this well, and there is a real path to a commissioned sales role.

Requirements

  • Energetic, driven, and a little impatient with slow days.
  • Thrive on variety, move at a faster than average pace, and genuinely like leading the conversation rather than following it.
  • Take initiative without being asked twice.
  • Quick to connect with people.
  • Competitive: want to win, want to get things done, and pressure brings out your best rather than your worst.
  • Genuinely organized: keeps inboxes at zero, calendars conflict-free, and a CRM spotless without being asked.
  • Find day-to-day administrative weight satisfying rather than tedious.
  • Like owning the details, tracking a dozen moving pieces at once, and never letting one drop.
  • Have a real sense of urgency about deadlines and follow-through.
  • People-focused, building trust quickly and remembering the details that make clients feel known.
  • Comfortable with technology and pick up new tools and systems fast.
  • Take initiative constantly, spotting what needs to happen next before anyone has to tell you.
  • Like managing multiple priorities, exploring new frontiers, and being trusted to lead rather than just execute.

Nice To Haves

  • A background or interest in marketing, social media, or video content creation.
  • The ability to turn existing video assets, like recorded talks or client testimonials, into shareable social content.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our co-founders' inboxes and keep their day-to-day communication moving, with nothing important slipping through the cracks.
  • Build Design Documents and Proposals from our templates, working toward owning that process fully.
  • Learn our pricing matrix inside and out so you can scope engagements accurately and confidently.
  • Turn referrals and introductions into booked sales calls.
  • Prospect and build qualified leads through LinkedIn against weekly targets.
  • Reconnect with past clients to re-activate relationships and introduce new offerings.
  • Manage and support our co-founders' day-to-day LinkedIn presence.
  • Own our sales pipeline in HubSpot, making sure every deal always has a clear next step and next meeting scheduled.
  • Be the primary sales support for both co-founders, splitting your time between them as priorities shift.
  • Coordinate with our operations and delivery team to keep the client journey seamless from sale through onboarding.
  • Get to know our clients and prospects well enough that you can flag when a promise is at risk of being broken, and help make it right.

Benefits

  • Rigorous, personal training from co-founders.
  • Opportunity to learn about leadership, sales, and client relationships from the inside.
  • Direct work alongside founders who are actively involved in closing deals, coaching leaders, and building the company.
  • A real path to a commissioned sales role if successful in the Sales Coordinator role.
