About The Position

Performs diversified administrative tasks and special assignments in support of the Managing Vice President according to company and department procedures while exercising a high degree of discretion and initiative. Provides screening, fielding, and prioritizing of inbound communications via telephone, mail and e-mail to resolve critical issues in a timely manner. Interacts in a professional manner with senior executives internally. Works autonomously to manage projects and maintain communication with interested parties. Creates spreadsheets and graphs and PowerPoint presentations as needed. Prepare and manage all sales performance tracking, which includes stack ranking, recognition, and awards. Demonstrates a proven ability to analyze data, research information, problem-solve and coordinate projects. Manages the calendar and project management for department training and cross-functional meetings. Coordinates detailed travel arrangements, as well as meeting and event planning. Participates in team meetings/events by capturing notes & ensuring follow up on active items. Enters and reviews travel & expense submissions. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-5 years business experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferred
  • Experience, ideally supporting senior executives, preferred
  • The ability to prioritize, complete multiple assignment and coordinate and monitor workflow
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to manage a project from start to finish
  • Capacity to work on multiple projects at once, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Expert skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with confidential material in a discreet and professional way
  • Must be highly organized with good time management skills with a strong ability to handle tight deadlines
