About The Position

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administration related to pre- and post-sale activities. This role will support the Sales team to ensure timely delivery and execution of the sales process. The Sales Coordinator must possess strong communication and organization skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for assisting and supporting the Sales Team’s efforts to meet and exceed revenue goals. In addition, this individual will need to coordinate, communicate and process all Sales related correspondence, contracts and any other pertinent reports.

Requirements

  • Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Computer Skills - Microsoft 365 - Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Copilot.
  • Strong analytic capabilities and interest in advertising, marketing and sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and organizational skills.
  • Must be multi-task oriented, and able to communicate clearly, comprehensively with complete personal and professional integrity.
  • Self-motivated with at least 1-2 years of professional work experience (preferably in the sales/advertising field).

  • Salesforce, Slack, CRM platform experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the full sales cycle in partnership with Account Executives and agency stakeholders, from proposal development through campaign launch and execution
  • Manage contracts and campaign documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
  • Coordinate campaign execution, including production timelines, installation tracking, and delivery of proof-of-performance materials, partnering with operations.
  • Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to support successful launches and ongoing performance
  • Act as a liaison across Sales, Creative, Operations, Finance, Billing, Marketing, Research, and Photography to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
  • Help troubleshoot campaign or client issues quickly while keeping Account Executives informed
  • Initiate and maintain a good working relationship with all AE’s and our internal and external clients, including advertising agencies and out-of-home buying services.
  • Provide excellent customer service with follow-up for any /all requests on behalf of the AE
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, bringing a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Support and exhibit behavior consistent with the sales and service philosophy of OUTFRONT Media
  • Act with diplomacy as a representative of the Sales Department.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
