About The Position

Premiere Bobine/Studio TF1 America is a dynamic international television production and distribution company with offices in Montreal and London. As part of TF1 Group and A+E Networks, Premiere Bobine/Studio TF1 America leads the way in the acquisition, financing, production and distribution of high-quality TV programming, being one of the largest suppliers in the niche of highly commercial TV movies. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Montreal office as part of the International Distribution team (based in London).

Requirements

First-class organization skills – able to prioritize tasks and meetings accordingly
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, pivot knowledge is a plus
Excellent command of the English language both written and orally
Strong communication and presentation skills - an ability to deal with people at all levels and a can-do attitude
Proactive, forward-thinking mind-set

Nice To Haves

TV/Media rights knowledge preferable
Knowledge of different languages a plus
Experience with graphic design tools a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare and update availability lists to clients
Prepare for and plan busy TV markets such as MIPCOM
Track status of client conversations/feedback and set reminders for action, using Asana
Updating internal rights trackers
Filling in Deal Memos
Filling in basic metadata based on available information
Support the Marketing department mainly assisting with deliveries to VOD partners (specs conversions, posters re-sizing, and other)
Creating expense reports for the Execs
Occasionally screening films for internal feedback
Creating the monthly newsletter
Supporting the digital upload process for VOD platforms including Amazon by filling out the basic title information and tracking submission status
Tracking channel ratings for key clients (TF1, C5)
Being the main point of contact between the London sales team and the licensing/delivery/marketing team in Montreal
