About The Position

The Sales Coordinator (PT) helps bring group events and celebrations to life by assisting with client communication and onsite coordination. The role works closely with guests and park teams to keep event details organized, address needs as they arise, and create a fun, seamless, and memorable experience from booking through event completion. The position is initially part-time, with potential for advancement to full-time based on performance.

Requirements

• Comply with Fun Spot America Theme Park’s drug-free workplace policy, including consenting to pre-employment drug testing and adhering to federal, state, and local laws regarding drug and alcohol use.
• Successfully undergo a comprehensive background check and, when applicable, a motor vehicle check.
• Have strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
• Be willing and able to travel regularly between the Orlando and Kissimmee parks.
• Manage changing priorities and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; weekend availability and flexibility to meet varying scheduling needs are required.
• Complete and pass all relevant trainings and certifications.
• Use various computer software, including Microsoft Office.
• Move around and stand for long periods of time.
• Lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Have visual acuity.
• Tolerate temperature fluctuations.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales, events, hospitality, or theme park operations.
• Multilingual communication skills, particularly in English and Spanish.
