The position requires excellent time management, self-motivation, proactive planning, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Key duties include managing room blocks, entering rooming lists, client notifications, group resumes, and billing details. The role also involves learning and utilizing sales systems and conceptual sales processes, understanding the hotel's sales strategies, and participating in internal meetings, conference calls, and training. Collaboration and teamwork are essential to foster a positive environment and make decisions aligned with hotel goals. Any other duties as assigned by a supervisor are also part of the role.
