About The Position

Dauch's Sales Coordinator consolidates, analyzes, and forwards daily action summaries by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports including price tracking, quotation process follow-through, re-billable tooling, consolidating, analyzing, and reporting as needed. This role keeps sales management informed by submitting activity and results reports, resolves customer issues by investigating, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. The Sales Coordinator contributes to sales and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests and helping others accomplish job results. The position also involves gathering and presenting information for ISO audits of the sales function, directly interfacing with external auditors, reviewing contracts for price and quote accuracy, and contacting customers directly to resolve issues where appropriate. Additionally, the role accurately maintains contract price levels and audits for discrepancies, works with sales management and product engineering to create and track cover letters/cost requests through the AAM change management system, reviews output of the change management system for validity, and accurately maintains customer contractual capacity levels with a database. The Sales Coordinator also gathers and collects re-billable tooling evidence to support customer invoicing.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications or other relevant field of study
  • 2+ years professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Consolidates, analyzes, and forwards daily action summaries.
  • Prepares and forwards sales tracking reports including price tracking and quotation process follow-through.
  • Gathers and collects re-billable tooling evidence to support customer invoicing.
  • Keeps sales management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
  • Resolves customer issues by investigating, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Gathers and presents all information required for the ISO audits of sales function.
  • Directly interfaces with external auditors to provide evidence and documentation of conformance to ISO procedures.
  • Reviews contracts for price and quote information for accuracy and validity.
  • Contacts customer directly to resolve issues where appropriate.
  • Accurately maintains the contract price level and audits for discrepancies and contacts customer or sales management for the program/account.
  • Works with sales management and product engineering to create and track cover letters/cost requests through AAM change management system.
  • Reviews output of change management system for validity and alignment with original request submitted.
  • Accurately maintains customer contractual capacity levels with database.
