About The Position

Are you a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment? We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator – Party Channel to support sales execution while helping drive customer satisfaction and business growth. In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, partnering with Sales, Demand Planning, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality execution. From managing product listings and customer portals to supporting promotions and analyzing sales data, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and effective program delivery.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a related role
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general business systems
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with customer portals, item setup, or order processing preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in CPG, retail, or foodservice environments
  • Experience with sales reporting, promotional planning, or analytics tools
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end sales execution, assisting with program coordination from planning through delivery
  • Analyze sales performance, including volume, SKU productivity, and promotional results, to deliver actionable insights
  • Maintain accurate product and account data, overseeing item setup and updates across customer portals and internal systems
  • Support promotional planning, coordinating timelines, validating program details, and tracking results
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align forecasts, manage order flow, and support daily operations
  • Manage administrative sales support, including presentations, compliance requirements, and documentation
  • Prepare routine and ad hoc sales reports to support decision-making and business performance
  • Assist with customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely communication of product information and updates
  • Monitor assortments and competitive activity to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Support event preparation and customer-facing initiatives to ensure seamless execution
