About The Position

The Singer Oceanfront Resort is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner, meet/exceed client needs, and resolve complaints. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• Present a professional appearance and confidence.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel or resort operations and sales processes.
• OnQ experience preferred.
