This role reports to the Director of Operations and will support Sales Engineers in promoting and selling HVAC/R Systems. The Sales Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up, and providing administrative support for proposals, pricing, and documentation. This role is crucial for generating business, becoming a total solution provider, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Comfort with spreadsheets and data entry for tracking expenses, reports, and administrative tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow written, verbal, or visual instructions.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and sound judgment in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all incoming sales leads.
  • Manage sales leads with urgency for all customer requests.
  • Support pricing efforts and all other needs of the sales department.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to all customer requests to maintain excellent client service.
  • Assist sales staff with document management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Be accountable for personal safety and commit to promoting a safe work environment.
  • Assist other departments as needed to support the entire business.
