Valmet is seeking a Sales Coordinator for their Lenox Location Service orders. This role is responsible for managing sales quotations, entering sales orders, providing Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) to customers, coordinating customer emergencies, and maintaining the OLB file. The position involves preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and responding effectively to customer inquiries. The Sales Coordinator will escalate issues as needed, coordinate with workshop and warehouse teams for customer emergencies, and follow up on quotations. This role also includes coordinating weekly "kick off" meetings with the Local WSP Team, sending Outgoing Authorizations (OA) to customers, attending production meetings, informing customers of delivery changes, working with project accounting to resolve issues, and coordinating warranty orders. Travel to other Valmet locations may be required.
