About The Position

What You’ll Do: Support the sales team with order coordination, fulfillment, and tracking activities Review incoming surgical set requests and ensure product availability across locations Assist in prioritizing and escalating urgent orders to meet sales and customer needs Ensure accurate billing of surgical kits and orders, and work with customers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies Support timely invoicing and payment processes Coordinate movement of surgical kits between locations to fulfill customer demand Act as a point of contact for courier and transportation services Ensure smooth flow of inventory through the distribution center Partner with Customer Service, Distribution, and Kitting teams to maintain order accuracy and timely fulfillment Communicate order status and resolve issues with sales and commercial teams Contribute to process improvements across operations and sales support functions What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent required Fluent in both English and French (bilingual) 2–4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or operations coordination roles Experience in medical device, healthcare, or logistics environments is preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ERP system experience preferred) Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in both office and light operational environments Why VB Spine? Compensation: Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, bilingual capabilities, skillset, and local market conditions in Burlington, Ontario. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Fluent in both English and French (bilingual)
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or operations coordination roles
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
