About The Position

Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a Sales Coordinator for their Stockholm office to expand the Nordic market and contribute to their goal of being the largest and most trusted au pair program globally. This role is crucial in fostering a more welcoming, understanding, and open world through cultural exchange. The program connects au pairs with American host families, offering childcare solutions, a unique year in the U.S. for au pairs, and a rich cultural experience for everyone involved. The Sales Coordinator will report to the Country Product Manager in Stockholm and should be passionate about cultural exchange, responsible, autonomous, sales-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of sales experience with a record of hitting sales targets
  • Proven capability with both phone sales and in-person sales
  • Full proficiency in both Swedish and English
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
  • Passionate about sales and promoting cultural exchange
  • Enjoys connecting with people over the phone and in-person to understand their needs and pitch the program
  • Believes nothing is impossible and enjoys finding solutions
  • Driven to hit and exceed sales targets
  • Takes ownership of ideas and makes them happen
  • Goal-oriented with good time management skills
  • Enjoys being part of a supportive team

Nice To Haves

  • At least 6 months of experience living abroad

Responsibilities

  • Create sales by working with schools, universities, job centers, fairs, and other local institutions to build and expand brand awareness.
  • Drive sales by responding to customer needs over the phone.
  • Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Organize and attend promotional events.
  • Collaborate with the local au pair community to achieve goals.
