About The Position

Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operation or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties. This role involves managing various administrative and support tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pays attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • Extreme organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales support experience
  • Customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Answer all overflow calls for Zone Managers.
  • Take customer orders and/or change orders when Salesmen are not available.
  • Compile information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly newsletter.
  • Keep photographs of homes and new options updated.
  • Update Champion websites with series and model information for new dealers.
  • Be responsible for all schematics sent to retailers.
  • Organize arrangements for Foundation and Retail meetings.
  • Type, fax, and mail correspondence for the department.
  • Check accounts receivables for past due monies.
  • Report problems to the Sales Manager.
