Key duties include managing room blocks, entering rooming lists, client notifications, group resumes, and billing details. The role also involves learning and utilizing sales systems and conceptual sales processes, understanding the hotel's sales strategies, and participating in internal meetings, conference calls, and training communications. Collaboration and teamwork are essential, with a focus on making decisions that align with hotel goals. The Sales Coordinator will also perform other duties as assigned.
