Requirements

  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the sales process moving from quote to close by supporting Sales Managers and Sales Professionals every step of the way — paperwork, tracking, follow-ups and all.
  • Prepare, review, and manage sales documentation, finance paperwork, warranties, and system updates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a smooth customer experience.
  • Help locate equipment and attachments, place inventory orders, track deliveries, coordinate logistics, and partner with the yard and service teams to keep everything flowing.
  • Use company systems to accurately record sales activity, monitor reports, clear general ledger items, and support monthly inventory processes.
  • Review finance documents before they go to customers and stay up to speed on manufacturer programs, incentives, and extended warranty offerings.
  • Work closely with Sales, Service, Parts, Equipment Coordinators, and Yard teams to ensure deals move efficiently and customers are taken care of.
