Requirements

1+ years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound)
Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency
Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role)
Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends
Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred

Responsibilities

Receives incoming calls from customers and enter customer data into the computer.
Gathers information from customers for dispatching purposes.
Inbound & outbound call taking, filing, and scanning.
Correctly update all lead management reports daily.
Enter information on all platforms.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
