About The Position

Champion Modular is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to join its Strattanville, Pennsylvania team. The role supports the Sales Manager and sales staff with day-to-day operations and activities related to marketing and sales programs. It includes handling overflow calls, assisting customers with orders and change orders when sales staff are unavailable, maintaining marketing materials and website information, coordinating meetings, preparing department correspondence, and monitoring accounts receivable for past-due amounts. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED and one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team while managing individual duties.

Responsibilities

Answer overflow calls for Zone Managers.
Take customer orders and change orders when salespeople are unavailable.
Compile Marketing and Sales Department information for the quarterly newsletter.
Keep photographs of homes and new options updated.
Update Champion websites with series and model information for new dealers.
Prepare and send schematics to retailers.
Organize arrangements for Foundation and Retail meetings.
Type, fax, and mail correspondence for the department.
Check accounts receivable for past-due monies and report problems to the Sales Manager.
