Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Be at least 18 years or age.
  • Willing to take a drug test.
  • Submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process, as well as additional periodic background checks as required by the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) or regulations adopted by the Department of Homeland Security or other regulatory agencies.
  • Have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
  • If currently an employee of the Company, you must have satisfactory work performance.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of resins or chemical industry.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pricing in partnership with the sales team, including calculation, communication and SAP entry.
  • Capture monthly raw material movements and communicate to the commercial team.
  • Maintain and update internal systems with accurate sales and price data.
  • Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to align sales activities with company objectives.
  • Assist in calculating any debit or credit coming from the commercial team for past order issues, pricing issues, material issues, or rebates.
  • Set up any rebates or surcharges for customers as communicated by the team or organization.
  • Proactively run reports and then price all atypical orders, where pricing does not automatically pull in based off standard pricing.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer pricing inquiries, potential customer web inquiries, and pricing corrections on past customer orders.
  • Support account managers in developing long-term client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
