Requirements

  • Be available on a full time basis, from Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm.
  • Be available to work from home and in San Juan.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferable)
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary customer sales contact for clients who have questions or complaints about their accounts or our tax products, in order to provide excellent quality of service and maintain long term relationships.
  • Manage the annual renewals of clients, ensuring a minimum percentage of churns.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring a good customer experience.
  • Manage client accounts, proposal renewal, quotes, invoices, refunds, among others, in order to maintain an excellent relation with customers.
  • Build, maintain and grow the relationships with clients.
  • Monitor the department’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
  • Prepare bimonthly reports to monitor sales quota and adjust the forecast or goals in the following month, if necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to bring additional help, or information, on creating sales presentations when needed.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department in the preparation and organization of promotional material or special events. Stays current with trends and competitors to identify improvements and recommendations.
  • Participate in corporate activities in order to represent the company at social events.
  • Store accordingly sales information and reports in system.
