About The Position

This position will work closely with division sales, operations, and finance teams. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office required.
Excellent customer service and follow up skills.
Ability to escalate difficult inquiries or problems to managers.
Strong written and verbal skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
Able to collaborate with sales team members and other departments with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of construction sales administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate schedules and training for sales team.
Maintain supply of sales presentation materials, including slides, and brochures.
Analyze customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers.
Track quotas and goals of sales team members.
Coordinate with Finance team to verify timely invoicing, accounts receivable tasks, and collections.
Develop and maintain knowledge of products, customers, and administrative processes.
Work with other departments to coordinate marketing, research, design, and financing to optimize sales.
Coordinate project booking for sales team.
Supports integration and consistent activity with CRM pipeline software
