About The Position

Toromont Material Handling is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team! The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for connecting with the sales team to ensure all customer relations are dealt with in a timely manner. The listed wage is just one component of our total rewards package, and eligibility to additional premiums may be available. We are also the authorized exclusive dealer for Kalmar lift trucks and container handlers, AUSA rough-terrain forklifts, Shuttlewagon Rail Car Movers and Hoppecke energy solutions. TMH also offers a full range of racking and storage products, and specialized floor cleaning equipment.

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary Education with a minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative/service position

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate safe and environmentally sound work behaviours at all times in support of Toromont's Health and Safety Policy, Programs and initiatives
  • Manager the full lifecycle of machine sales, ensuring accurate documentation, system updates, vendor interactions, financial processing, inventory movements, and on‑time delivery. Acting as a central link between Sales, Vendors, Service, Finance, and Logistics, this role supports operational accuracy, compliance, and a smooth customer experience.
  • Process deals, placing vendor orders, preparing sales and shipping documentation, coordinating inventory and deliveries, completing invoicing and costing, and supporting payment workflows.
  • Complete full deal close‑out and ensure documentation is audit‑ready. Manage shared inbox: triage inquiries, assign tasks, and follow up.
