About The Position

Corner Collection, a privately owned hospitality company in the heart of Old Montreal, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the performance and efficiency of its commercial team across Hôtel Nelligan and Hôtel Place d’Armes. As Corner Collection continues to strengthen its sales infrastructure and drive growth across business transient, group, and event segments, this role plays a key part in ensuring speed, structure, and consistency across all sales activities. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming leads, maintaining accurate and reliable data across systems, and ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations. Success in this role requires discipline, responsiveness, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to support a high-performing sales team and contribute to measurable commercial results.

Requirements

  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in hospitality, sales coordination, or administrative roles
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution discipline
  • Responsive and proactive, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and structure
  • Able to balance administrative precision with commercial awareness
  • Comfortable working with systems and data (CRM, PMS, Excel), ensuring reliability and consistency
  • Strong communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken, required to effectively serve both local and international clientele
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments
  • Professional, reliable, and able to operate within defined processes and standards
  • Able to balance administrative precision with commercial awareness

  • Understanding of hospitality sales segments (corporate, group, or events) is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Supports the intake, qualification, and distribution of incoming leads
  • Ensures timely responses and proper follow-up across all inquiries
  • Handles general client information requests
  • Tracks response times and follow-up activity, flagging delays or gaps where needed
  • Assists with the preparation of proposals, contracts, agreements, and all supporting client documentation
  • Supports CRM updates and coordination of B2B sales materials
  • Assists the DOS with the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Supports reporting needs, including pipeline tracking and performance summaries
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date information in all sales systems
  • Ensures client profiles, account data, and activity logs are complete and consistent
  • Acts as a key user of sales systems, supporting adoption and best practices
  • Supports the consistency and efficiency of sales processes, workflows, and SOPs
  • Ensures adherence to established procedures, tools, and standards
  • Identifies gaps in lead handling and coordination and escalates where needed
  • Schedules weekly sales meetings and supports agenda preparation and follow-ups
  • Maintains shared calendar and ensures accuracy across the team
  • Maintains shared drive structure and ensures adherence to documentation standards
  • Coordinates collateral, promotional materials, and corporate materials
  • Supports logistics for sales trips, trade shows, site visits, and client meetings
  • Assist with calendar management, site inspections, and client visits when required
