About The Position

WWBT/WUPV, 12 On Your Side, and CW Richmond are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our advertising sales team. You’ll help keep television and digital advertising campaigns moving, work closely with our sellers and clients, and handle the details that make great customer service possible. This is an opportunity to learn the media business and contribute to a team that helps local businesses grow.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear, professional communication and a customer-service mindset.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through.
Comfort working in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
A positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn new systems.

Nice To Haves

Experience in administrative support, customer service, or media sales is a plus.
Familiarity with WideOrbit or Matrix is helpful.

Responsibilities

Assist with advertising orders, revisions, and campaign tracking.
Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and client reports.
Coordinate commercial materials and instructions with clients, agencies, and internal departments.
Work with sales, traffic, and accounting to resolve scheduling and billing questions.
Keep records accurate, manage deadlines, and provide day-to-day support for the sales team.
