Breakaway Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Brand Partnerships & Revenue team. Reporting directly to the EVP of Brand Partnerships & Revenue, this role will serve as a critical operational partner supporting the day-to-day execution of the sales process across all four Breakaway business units. This position will play a key role in advancing partnership opportunities by maintaining sales systems, supporting proposal development, coordinating client-facing activities, and ensuring alignment across internal teams. You will help provide the organizational foundation that allows our commercial team to operate efficiently while building relationships with leading brands, agencies, and partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. This role is well-suited for someone interested in developing a career in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, media, or live entertainment while gaining exposure to all aspects of Breakaway’s commercial business.
