About The Position

In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, responsible for accurately creating, entering, and updating sales contracts for the entire company. If you possess a keen eye for detail, thrive in date-heavy environments, and enjoy ensuring information is accurate and accessible, this is the role for you.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, paralegal work, or sales operations (specifically handling B2B software or service contracts).
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, liability, and risk mitigation.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools (e.g., DocuSign Insight, PandaDoc).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex legal terms to non-legal sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and review sales contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations between internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring favorable terms while minimizing risk.
  • Oversee contracts from initial drafting through revisions, approvals, and final execution.
  • Ensure all agreements align with company policies, legal requirements, and pricing guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and track contract status in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and contract management systems.
