Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential borrowers
• Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a phone-based role involving customer interaction or handling customer transactions is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume of outbound calls to specific sales campaigns
• Emphasize benefits of Pennymac competitive advantages to highlight how they are beneficial to customer’s needs and provide appropriate rebuttal options as applicable
• Answer inbound calls from potential borrowers in a timely manner and route calls appropriately
• Ensure data integrity and documentation within required systems
• Adhere to assigned schedule, meal and rest breaks
• Act in accordance department performance expectations and demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
