About The Position

Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott, LLP in Arlington TX is seeking to hire enthusiastic full-time Call Center Representatives to resolve delinquent accounts using outstanding communication and customer service skills. The typical work schedule in our Collection Center is Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. We pay our Call Center Representatives a competitive wage of $16.00/hour. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Resolve delinquent accounts using outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Research accounts to determine contact information for individuals and businesses.
  • Document all actions taken on accounts using computer-based systems.
  • Meet weekly and monthly production objectives.
