Requirements

• You’re personable, approachable, and you love making connections with customers.
• Prior sales experience is a bonus, but we’re open to training the right person with a strong desire to succeed!
• You’ll be working with people every day, so clear communication is key.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Guide our valued customers through the entire car-buying process and ensure they leave with a smile.
• Share your knowledge of product features, performance, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
• Engage with clients, listen to their needs, and find the car that’s just right for them.
• Use your negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets while creating lasting customer relationships.
• Keep up to date with the latest products, trends, and certifications to serve customers better than anyone else.
