Responsibilities

• Connect & Sell: Work with customers to understand their needs, budget, and style. Lead test drives and highlight vehicle features and tech in a way that excites.
• Close Deals: Present pricing, incentives, and financing options. Negotiate confidently and build long‑term customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business.
• Paperwork Made Easy: Accurately complete sales documentation and coordinate with our Finance & Insurance team.
• Grow & Win: Participate in manufacturing training, sharpen your skills, and crush weekly and monthly sales goals.
