Responsibilities

Work with customers to understand their needs, budget, and style.
Lead test drives and highlight vehicle features and tech.
Present pricing, incentives, and financing options.
Negotiate confidently and build long-term customer relationships.
Accurately complete sales documentation and coordinate with the Finance & Insurance team.
Participate in manufacturing training, sharpen skills, and achieve sales goals.
