Requirements

• Self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑driven individuals

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand their needs, budget, and style.
• Lead test drives and highlight vehicle features and tech in a way that excites.
• Present pricing, incentives, and financing options.
• Negotiate confidently and build long‑term customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business.
• Accurately complete sales documentation and coordinate with our Finance & Insurance team.
• Participate in manufacturing training, sharpen your skills, and crush weekly and monthly sales goals.
