About The Position

Zimbrick Volkswagen is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team. This role involves guiding customers through the sales process, helping them find suitable vehicles, promoting accessories and finance products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through contract completion, vehicle delivery, and follow-up. The position also requires participation in manufacturer education and training programs, and maintaining customer connections via various communication channels, including social media.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers on the lot and guide them into the sales process
  • Help customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
  • Promote accessories and the right finance products to meet customer’s needs
  • Gather customer information to complete sales contracts, deliver vehicles and follow-up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in manufacturer education and training programs
  • Stay connected with customers using multiple communication channels, including social media
