About The Position

Our Retail Sales Consultants are the frontline for our customers and for WindowRama. You will be responsible for building rapport with all customers as well as providing exceptional service. At our retail locations you will have the ability to show customers around our sales floor and show customers products to close sales.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to problem-solve
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
  • Ability to multitask, consistently meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong time management skills
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
  • Top performer who can instill pride of workmanship in self while also motivating team to excel
  • Passionate about WindowRama and loves the brand
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and positive, professional demeanor
  • 2-3 years of previous sales or industry experience
  • Extensive product knowledge
  • Ability to work well under pressure and achieve results
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some Saturdays and Sundays, nights, and weekends
  • Previous sales and customer service experience
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to supervise and develop subordinate staff
  • Proficient knowledge of installation/service methods for window and door projects
  • Previous experience with AS400

  • Enter sales orders into our CRM
  • Communicate and coordinate with different departments to ensure customers needs are met
  • Answer phones and provide both sales and retail information to customers
  • Negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
