Requirements
- A passion for helping customers with their automotive needs
- A proven sales track record
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Resilient and competitive with a solid work ethic
- Computer literate and basic math skills needed to complete sales contracts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to demonstrate the company’s Core Values every day
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must be 18 years or older
Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the lot and guide them into the sales process
- Help customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
- Promote accessories and the right finance products to meet customer’s needs
- Complete sales contracts, deliver vehicles and follow-up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in manufacturer education and training programs
