About The Position

Norm Reeves Hyundai of Irving is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with proven sales performance, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills. The dealership boasts the largest Hyundai inventory in the DFW metroplex and generates a high volume of leads monthly (1,200–1,600), offering significant opportunities for success. The company is committed to providing team members with the necessary tools, support, and opportunities for growth, including a potential path into Internet and Digital sales roles. A new building is planned, promising an upgraded workplace environment.

Requirements

• Proven sales performance in automotive or related industries
• A strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage and follow up on a high volume of opportunities
• Team-player mentality with leadership potential
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Availability to work Monday - Saturday, 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM; 5-day work week
