About The Position

We are looking for Champions to join our teams. We need qualified candidates fast. We are currently hiring for: Hyundai New & Used Internet Salespeople (Experience Required). Our Golden Rule Salespeople are more like Tour Guides or Customer Service Ninja’s than traditional pushy car people. They assist Internet, Phone and On Lot customers with the investigation, presentation, demonstration, and negotiation of our automobiles. We work in a virtually fail proof team selling system and will team you up with layers of support (dedicated mentor/team leader) to help you every step of the way; to train, motivate, encourage, support, and serve you and your clients. We generate tons of leads via the internet, social media, lead generation and lead acquisition. We will provide you with the tools, support and training it takes to be successful. You will need to supply the “get up and go" – the positive attitude and the work ethic. We have a proven track record with many types of people from many backgrounds, education, and experience levels. Requirements

Experience Required
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to Secure a DMV Sales License (not required to interview)
