Requirements

  • Sales-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency and follow-up
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
  • Strong communication and closing skills (phone, text, email)
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools, Word, and Excel
  • Highly organized, competitive, and motivated to exceed targets
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, setting the tone for a top-tier buying experience
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to generate and confirm sales appointments
  • Rapidly respond to internet leads across all departments
  • Track, manage, and nurture leads to maximize showroom traffic and conversions
  • Keep all websites updated with compelling, sales-driven offers and promotions
  • Manage and post social media content to drive engagement and lead generation
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reporting on results
  • Serve as the go-to CRM resource, ensuring accurate data and team usage
  • Support sales initiatives and step in wherever needed to hit dealership goals
