About The Position

Hyundai Sales Consultant/Client Advisor at 100 Havana St, Aurora, CO 80010. This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday through Saturday, with one day off during the week and closed on Sundays. The pay range is $55,000 - $150,000 per year, paid as a draw plus commissions after a 60-day paid training period. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required. The application window is expected to close on July 31, 2026. The role involves building rapport with guests and creating long-term relationships, partnering with guests throughout the sales process to determine their vehicle needs, and offering a transparent and seamless sales experience using the Schomp's One Person, One Price, One Hour model. Requirements

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in product or retail sales preferred
  • Competitive drive
  • A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations
  • Able to use/learn to use: CRM database, Google Suite and other automotive software products as required

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals
  • Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories
  • Identify and understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget, and assist them in their selection by providing vehicle options that meet their needs
  • Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield
  • Lead the sales finance process with each customer
  • Partner with the Finance team on customer financing options based on their credit, budget, down payment, and trade-in values
  • Use the Client Relationship Management system to manage customer relationships and interactions, schedule appointments, and respond to Internet leads
