Sales Consultant - Audi Cary
About The Position
Holman is seeking a driven Audi Sales Consultant to join its team at Audi of Cary, part of the Holman Automotive Group. The Sales Consultant builds and maintains client relationships, identifies customer needs and preferences, and guides customers through the vehicle purchase process. The role involves presenting Audi vehicles and their features, coordinating with sales and finance colleagues to complete transactions, and ensuring a smooth delivery and registration process. The consultant also completes required company and manufacturer training and collaborates with the team to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
Requirements
- High school diploma and one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and accurately computing rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in premium or luxury sales is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and explain Audi vehicle features, performance, and benefits in the showroom and on the road.
- Stay current on Audi models, technology, and market trends.
- Assist customers through every step of the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Work with the Sales Manager and Finance Consultant to finalize sales and provide a seamless purchasing experience.
- Accurately complete paperwork for vehicle sales and registration.
- Arrange vehicle delivery and coordinate registration for a smooth customer handoff.
- Attend and complete manufacturer and company training programs to maintain product expertise and meet brand and Holman standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
