About The Position

Capitol Mazda, a part of one of the largest Mazda Dealer Groups, is seeking ambitious and goal-oriented Sales Consultants. This role involves responding to a high volume of internet leads via email, phone, and in-person interactions. The Sales Consultant will assist guests in selecting vehicles, provide product knowledge, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. While automotive sales experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. The dealership is known for its award-winning culture and cutting-edge technology, aiming for 100% guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Insurable driving record.
  • Customer/Client facing experience.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy: familiarity with social media, email, and other basic office programs.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • 0-1 year of relevant experience (Ex: Retail Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, Inside Sales, or Restaurant/Hospitality).
  • Sales experience in the automotive industry.
