#1 Cochran is seeking to expand its professional sales team at the South Hills Volkswagen showroom. Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred or commissioned sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Willingness to learn new inventory offerings quickly.
  • Fantastic communication skills with customers and internal team members.
  • Current Driver's License with no recent suspensions in the last three years.
  • Ability to take and complete pre-employment drug screening.

  • Strong background in internet sales is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and create customers for life by assisting them in selecting a vehicle through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Become an expert on product offerings and the latest technology.
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicles.
  • Follow up with buyers to encourage referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and excel in sales situations.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and high level of performance daily.
