About The Position
The Entry-Level Sales Consultant at Hyundai of Carmel is a fast-paced opportunity with growth potential. Sales associates represent the dealership and help provide a positive customer experience. The role offers incentive-based compensation, with a stated potential first-year pay range of $45,000–$65,000, and paid training. The employer is Ed Napleton Automotive Group, a family-owned and operated business with more than 90 years in business, over 25 vehicle brands, and more than 50 dealerships across seven states.
Requirements
- Customer service or sales experience.
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers who enter the dealership.
- Answer customers’ questions and help them select a vehicle suited to their needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
