About The Position
Hyundai of Carmel is hiring an entry-level Sales Consultant for a fast-paced role with growth potential. Sales associates represent the dealership and help deliver a positive customer experience. The position includes paid training and incentive-based compensation, with a potential first-year pay range of $45,000–$65,000. The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is affiliated with more than 25 vehicle brands and 50+ dealerships across seven states, and has more than 3,500 employees nationwide.
Requirements
- Customer service or sales experience.
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers who enter the dealership, answer their questions, and help them select a vehicle suited to their needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
