About The Position

Holman Honda Centennial has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join their team and the Holman Family! This role oversees all aspects of the sales of vehicles and associated paperwork. The Sales Consultant will greet customers on the sales floor, perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of the vehicle desired, and explain features/benefits and demonstrate the operation of the vehicle in the showroom or on the road. This position will also research vehicle availability using the computer database, work with Sales Managers and F&I to negotiate sales price and lease payment (including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount/rebates), and visually inspect inventory by walking the lot. The Sales Consultant will deliver and familiarize the customer with the vehicle, assist the Sales Manager with customer problems, and possess the ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close the sale.

Requirements

Prior sales / customer service experience is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Clean driving record or minimal violations.

Responsibilities
