Vehicle Purchasing Specialist (Sales) - Holman Honda Centennial
About The Position
Holman Honda Centennial is looking for a Vehicle Purchasing Specialist to join the team and the Holman Family! As a Vehicle Purchasing Specialist, you will play a key role in acquiring customer vehicles, working with store leadership to connect with guests who request appraisals through KBB or our dealership websites. You will cultivate vehicle purchases directly from guests who’ve submitted online appraisals, manage inbound leads using the KBB Dashboard and DealerSocket CRM, and quickly connect with prospects to schedule in-store reviews and establish purchase opportunities. You will also partner with store managers to assess vehicle values, highlight key merchandise, and identify upside potential, maintain consistent follow-up using assigned cadence protocols, and log all interactions, appointments, and decisions within DealerSocket. You will support each guest through the process with transparency and professionalism, while working to maximize acquisition opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or customer service
- Sales experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Cultivate vehicle purchases directly from guests who’ve submitted online appraisals

- Quickly connect with prospects to schedule in-store reviews and establish purchase opportunities
- Partner with store managers to assess vehicle values, highlight key merchandise, and identify upside potential
- Maintain consistent follow-up using assigned cadence protocols, with the goal of securing two-way communication and a formal appraisal appointment
- Log all interactions, appointments, and decisions within DealerSocket
- Support each guest through the process with transparency and professionalism, while working to maximize acquisition opportunities
