Requirements

Proven sales experience — you are energized by guests trusting your recommendations and closing sales! …and aren’t shy about it.
A bold, outgoing personality that makes guests feel at home
Strong software skills (you know your way around fast-paced systems)
A passion for amazing service + clear communication
Availability for varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays)

Responsibilities

SELL, SELL, SELL — memberships to first-timers + upgrades for returning members and gift cards.
Make every guest feel welcome (in person + over the phone). They need to know how happy we are that they have chosen us.
Help guests schedule an elevated service with the right therapist
Consistently crush your sales goals (and celebrate when you do!)
