Requirements

Highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants.
Ability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Experience with state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and the exclusive bedMatch system.
A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages.
Availability to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.

Responsibilities

Sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing a tried and proven selling process and the cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.
Provide customers with a relaxed, low pressure, and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
Reset the showroom floor.
